Common questions

How long does it take?
Digital delivery within 48 hours of submitting your story form. Physical packages ship in 5–10 days depending on your package. Rush production is included with Heirloom.
What information do you need?
You fill out a short story form — names, memories, key moments, mood. The more you share, the more personal the song. It takes about 10 minutes.
Can I request changes to the lyrics?
Every package includes at least one lyric revision. Submit your feedback and we'll update the song to make sure it's exactly right.
Can I order as a gift?
Most orders are gifts. You fill out the form, we deliver to your email, and you present it however you like — or choose a delivery date for a surprise.
What genre is the music?
We write across styles — folk, pop, country, soft rock, R&B, acoustic. You tell us the mood and we match it.
